Because it’s made the traditional way. We use 25–30 litres of A2 Gir cow milk to make just 1 litre of Bilona ghee. It’s hand-churned from curd, not cream, and made in small batches. We don’t just make products. We build health.

2. Can I get the same nutrients from store-bought ghee?

We start with fresh, unadulterated A2 milk sourced from our free-grazing Gir cows.

Cream Separation

The milk is processed in a hygienic cream separator to extract rich, fresh malai (cream).

Butter Churning

The fresh cream is churned thoroughly to separate the pure butterfat from the buttermilk.

Slow Clarification

The butter is melted on a slow flame until all moisture evaporates, leaving behind pure golden ghee.
